  • On the Job Trial – your opportunity to assess the prospective employee before committing to onboarding them
  • Your Team Member – whilst on BardWoods payroll the prospective employee is regard in all respects as being your team member
  • If after 12 weeks you wish to retain the candidate, they become your employee with no associated costs
  • Application Process - We will manage every aspect of the candidate’s application process, and if the candidate doesn’t meet your needs, we will replace them.

Screening & Vetting

The service is offered as part of the recruitment service or if so needed, as a stand-alone service. All Screening & Vetting is conducted as required by BS7858, and as accepted by the SIA for ACS purposes.

Upon receipt of a completed application pack and supporting documents, we aim to clear initial screening within 5 working days. Early warning systems / triggers are in place to make you aware if we are unlikely to be able to successfully complete vetting for any candidate by week 8, allowing time for a replacement to be arranged.
