Falguni has 10 years’ experience within various industries leading large teams as a senior manager / director. Falguni now leads all back-office support functions that make up the International Business Operations Support & Communications Hub by creating and supporting her team to deliver to client expectations every day.

Shannon has worked in recruitment for 4 years, starting off as an apprentice and working her way up to become Senior Account Manager. Shannon prides herself on supporting the client’s needs and believes that building relationships is a key aspect in recruitment.

Kelsey first joined BardWood as a volunteer and then progressed to various other roles. With hard work and support from the management Kelsey is now in her desired role of Screening and Vetting Manager where she excels.
